You’ll be participating in group classes built around the Everybody Yoga principles outlined below.
Breathwork: centers the mind and body through intentional breathing, promoting focus and calm.
Mobility & Flexibility: improves joint health, posture, and range of motion for better movement in and out of the gym.
Balance & Stability: strengthens small muscles and improves body awareness to support everyday function and performance.
Strength-Based Flow: combines yoga postures with dynamic strength elements for a challenging, grounded practice.
Recovery: supports muscle repair, nervous system regulation, and mental clarity through restorative movement and mindfulness.
Classes are suitable for all experience levels and are easily modified to meet your needs—whether you’re a first-timer or an experienced yogi.
Each class is unique but always includes a thoughtful blend of movement, breathwork, and mobility work. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and more connected to your body.
All yoga sessions are coach-led, designed to last approximately 60 minutes, and follow this basic structure:
A certified yoga instructor will guide you through breathwork, mobility-focused flows, strength-based postures, and intentional recovery work. Expect hands-on guidance, movement demos, and thoughtful support throughout class.
